We want you to be satisfied with Meterly. This policy explains how refunds are handled.
Meterly offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you may cancel at any time before it ends at no cost.
After your trial ends, your subscription renews automatically and you are billed in advance for each billing period. Charges are non-refundable for the current billing period once processed, except as described below.
If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge at nayabhassankhan@gmail.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current, already-paid billing period.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., who acts as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refunds, where approved, are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
